Shipping Policy

At Vaulted Gems, all orders have a handling time of 1-3 business days before shipment.

If your order contains Pre-Orders, the entire order will ship once all products are available.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors like weather, customs, holidays, demand, or human error.

If you haven’t received a shipping notification email within 72 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder and confirm that your order did not include any pre-order products, which will be marked with "Pre-Order" in the title.

Vaulted Gems is not responsible for errors made by customers when entering incomplete or incorrect addresses. If an item is not delivered correctly due to an address error, we assume no responsibility for lost or misdelivered shipments.

Vaulted Gems is also not liable for orders marked as delivered that are stolen, misplaced, or lost in transit. If you are concerned about theft, please leave a message with your order to add a signature requirement.

For orders shipped to third-party companies, freight forwarders, or similar services, Vaulted Gems assumes no responsibility for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from their services.

If you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, please contact us. This will require the payment of an additional shipping charge.

Vaulted Gems is not responsible for any customs, duties, or other taxes incurred during transportation. We are also not responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs or border services. This will not qualify an order for compensation or recourse, as this is out of our control.
