Refund Policy

Pre-Orders & Cancellations

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we recommend ordering separately if you’d like the in-stock items to ship first. Otherwise, all items in an order will ship together when all pre-order items are released or arrive.

Cancellations of pre-orders will incur a 10% restocking fee on the total order value. This fee is non-refundable.

Pre-orders may be subject to allocation; if supply becomes limited, we will prioritize fulfilling orders based on the earliest order date.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any TCG products.​​

Order Cancellations

For non-pre-order items, cancellations cannot be refunded at this time.

Quantity & Order Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust product quantities in any order. Any adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and you will be notified of any changes. This policy applies, but is not limited, to bulk purchases or “buyouts” of high-demand products. Orders identified as intended for resale may also be subject to adjustments.

Pre-orders are subject to allocation, and if supply becomes limited, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

Missing Pieces/Damaged Products

If an item you purchased has missing or damaged components, please contact the product's publisher for replacements. Most publishers have a contact page and will be able to ship you replacement pieces free of charge. (If you need help getting in touch with a publisher, please let us know and we can direct you to the appropriate contact.)​

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us by email at support@vaultedgems.com within 24 hours of delivery. (Please include the order number and pictures of the item.)

Note: We do not refund torn or ripped boxes. Minor tears or rips may occur during shipping from our distributors and are not grounds for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Vaulted Gems is not responsible for manufacturer defects, including damaged or misprinted cards or missing cards from sealed boxes or cases. For these issues, please contact the manufacturer’s customer service directly. Most manufacturers provide their contact information on the product packaging.

Incorrect Orders & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. (We will assess the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it.)

TCG Product Pricing

Due to the volatility and rapidly changing market pricing may change as often as daily, especially around the release of a popular product. As a result there will be no refunds or credits when pricing changes. Please order at your own risk.
